story takes a lot from the second and third books and mixes them
really a totally new narrative from either of them, which is
interesting given how closely the first season kept to the major
plot points of the book
did show an Elder (Martians in the books) in one scene, and I
thought it was great. But if you weren’t necessarily a fan of the
books, it might not have made a lot of sense why there was a winged
gargoyle creature jumping at the screen
like a normal RPG in some ways, very much like an automated gacha
has the same kind of upgrade system as stuff like FF Brave Exvius
and FF Record Keeper
